It can vary. My last order got to San Diego in about 8 days, but I think they say to allow up to 10-14 business days. You might be cutting it close.

Yeah, you can dye them! I've dyed mine before, just be super careful and maybe do a strand test first like you would with your own hair. It's human hair, so it takes color.
